- Name the design or describe the idea. Say whether you are looking at tees, hoodies or both.
- Quantity and sizes
- Collect a size breakdown rather than a single total. Have each person compare a garment they already wear with the reference measurements.
- Colours and options
- Check the live options on the product page. Mention alternatives you would be happy with.
- Destination and timing
- Mention the destination country and any event date. A requested date is a planning detail, not a confirmed delivery promise.
